Tumble Chillers
Choose from either horizontal or vertical horizontal available in two sizes - 220 and 320 gallon. The vertical model has capacity for up 120 gallons of pumpable product.
Cook Tanks
For high volume cooking or chilling. Cleveland's cook tanks are available with or without tumble. Category includes Cleveland's Turbo-Jet cook, chill, rethermalizer and defrosting unit.
Pasta Kettles
Cleveland pasta kettles are available in 60, 100, 150 or 200 gallon models. Full temperature control includes a simmer control for more delicate products.
