NEW PROJECTS MANAGER AT MERRYCHEF

Paul Connell has joined Merrychef as Projects Manager, UK & Ireland.

Paul has 27 years experience in the catering industry and prior to joining Merrychef Paul was a Development Chef for Holdsworth Food Service/Hardy and Hanson’s.  He lives with his family in Burntwood, near Lichfield.

Paul will work alongside the Merrychef UK sales team to develop menus and demonstrate equipment for clients including Marks & Spencer, Asda, Little Chef, Macro and QMC Hotels.

Simon Merrick, Business Sector Manager, UK Ovens, said: “Paul’s appointment brings the projects department up to full speed and he is working alongside David Manning to develop this side of the business.”
