Merrychef Talk Fresh Food Fast

Merrychef Ltd has joined forces with Marks & Spencer to talk about a very hot topic at this year’s Hospitality & Catering International Management Association (HCIMA) Seminar Theatre, Hospitality Show (22- 24 January 2007).

Graham Veal, managing director of Merrychef Ltd, an Enodis UK Food Service Group company, and Simon Lushey, Marks & Spencer senior food technologist will take the stand to talk about innovations in hot food at 2.15pm, January 22^nd 2007.

The presentation, entitled “Fresh Food Fast” will look at the current and future innovations powering Marks & Spencer’s new hot food concepts including Eat Over Deli, Hot Food To Go and The M&S  Kitchen concept.

Simon Lushey will provide an insight into the leading retailer’s food initiatives while Graham Veal talks about the technical advances in accelerated cooking that has supported Marks & Spencer and other hot food retailers to offer fantastic quality hot food items to time-pushed, health-conscious customers.
