Merrychef Talk Fresh Food Fast
Merrychef Ltd has joined forces with Marks & Spencer to talk about a very hot topic at this year’s Hospitality & Catering International Management Association (HCIMA) Seminar Theatre, Hospitality Show (22- 24 January 2007).
Graham Veal, managing director of Merrychef Ltd, an Enodis UK Food Service Group company, and Simon Lushey, Marks & Spencer senior food technologist will take the stand to talk about innovations in hot food at 2.15pm, January 22nd 2007.
The presentation, entitled “Fresh Food Fast” will look at the current and future innovations powering Marks & Spencer’s new hot food concepts including Eat Over Deli, Hot Food To Go and The M&S Kitchen concept.
Simon Lushey will provide an insight into the leading retailer’s food initiatives while Graham Veal talks about the technical advances in accelerated cooking that has supported Marks & Spencer and other hot food retailers to offer fantastic quality hot food items to time-pushed, health-conscious customers.
