Hotel Chef of the Year (more than 250 covers)

Enodis are proud to be sponsoring the Hotel Cateys “Hotel Chef of the Year” award.  This category is aimed at chefs running large hotel dining and/or banqueting operations with covers of over 250 in any one sitting. 

The Hotel Chef of the Year will head the entire kitchen crew and management.  The judges are looking for candidates who demonstrate experience in a quality environment and be capable of working to systems and procedures.

For twenty four years, Caterer and Hotelkeeper’s Catey Awards have recognised and celebrated the hospitality industry’s highest flyers and strongest performers. Now, this year sees the launch of their new Hotel Catey, targeting the unsung heroes within the hotel industry sector.

Does your conference and banqueting team offer an outstanding level of service?

All entrants will be nominated, selected and recognised by their industry peers. Being short listed can be such a boost to a team’s morale and of course, to be a winner is an excellent achievement.
