HCE is the latest UK catering equipment supplier to join the list of Enodis UK’s premier distributors and the event also unveiled HCE’s new demonstration kitchen, kitted out with equipment from Convotherm, Garland, Delfield Sadia and Masterwash. Enodis UK’s regional sales manager Steve Hemsil and development chef Keith Russell hosted a cooking demonstration to launch the new kitchen. The day was a huge success despite a sticky wicket just hours before play was due to start.
