The Restaurant Range comes with an impressive choice of optional extras including a Range-Mount Salamander, attached to the back guard to maximise the work area by creating a combination work centre. Other extras include hot plate sections, an excellent way to evenly distribute heat across pot surfaces while simmering, and a 5/8-inch-thick griddle plate with high-low valve control.
