Protector Fryer featuring SMART4U technology is a revolutionary new fryer that

maintaining both the oil and food quality.

healthier but more expensive oils such as trans fat-free oils. With so much pressure to cut out trans fats,

Another
advantage to the Protector Fryer is the increase in productivity; the fryer has
the same production capacity as a 50 lb fryer, yet it uses just 30 lbs of oil,
a remarkable 40% saving each time the oil is changed. The Protector Fryer cuts consumption through
the precise transfer of heat to the oil.
This revolutionary system also guarantees fast, efficient cooking, and
optimal recovery during peak times without accelerating the oil breakdown. The unique ‘Oil attendant’ automatically
monitors oil levels within the fryer and replenishes oil as needed from a
Jug-in-Box conveniently located inside the fryer cabinet. It will also alert workers to replace the in
cabinet oil supply when it gets low.
