easyTOUCH combines innovative and simple operating guidance with all the known features of Convotherm combination ovens. Presented on a large colour display with touch screen technology and featuring an easy-to-use direct navigation system that is operated with the touch of a finger - it couldn’t be simpler!

easyTOUCH means even easier cooking thanks to simple controls, intelligent preheating, that guarantees perfect results every time, and Convotherm’s revolutionary Crisp&Tasty function to ensure food stays crisp on the outside and tasty on the inside. The gentle bio-cooking feature provided by easyTOUCH also preserves the vitamins and essential nutrients of the food as well as allowing for a real, natural taste and intense colour. Other impressive Convotherm features include a patented disappearing door, the refreshingly straightforward Press & Go control and for optimum convenience the new automatic cleaning system. 

easyTouch is so much more than an easy operating system - it possesses countless interactive possibilities and even works as a service provider for the user thanks to the automatic diagnostic programme, which can send a detailed error message as a pop up to a network of PCs with central control.
