Enodis UK Scoops Two Awards at Caterer & Hotelkeeper's 'Excellence in Catering Equipment' Awards

ENODIS UK RECOGNISED WITH TOP INDUSTRY ACCOLADES AT EQUIPMENT AWARDS CEREMONY
ENODIS UK scooped a double whammy at the first ever Caterer Group Excellence in Catering Equipment and Supplies Awards. Merrychef’s Mealstream EC503 and the Lincoln DTF kept the heat on competition from world-wide manufacturers to walk away as winners in their respective fields. Merrychef’s Mealstream EC503 impressed the judges with its in-built catalyst system, which enables operators to cook medium protein items such as pizza, hot sandwiches and savoury pastries without the need for a ventilation hood. Enodis UK wiped the board in the Grills, Griddles, BBQs and Toasters category with the Lincoln DTF. Judges agreed the DTF oven is ideal for contract caterers, with its capacity to serve many customers quickly. Enodis UK were shortlisted in three categories with the Moorwood Vulcan Plus Range and Convotherms +3 Combi Oven credited by the judges for practical use of modern technology. Judged by the people who use the product, development chefs and catering managers, as well as buyers, senior managers and consultants, the awards recognised Enodis for working with the industry to produce equipment that is absolutely suited for its purpose.
