Convotherm takes top prize in the 2009 Caterer+Hotelkeeper Excellence Awards

Convotherm's new Mini Mobile 6.06 combi steamer has taken home the top prize for Combi Ovens, Microwaves & Steamers in the 2009 Caterer and Hotelkeeper Awards for Equipment and Supplies Excellence.

The new Mini Mobile is the latest extension to the Convotherm line of Combi ovens.  The mini footprint of 515 x 599 mm is the smallest available in the UK - allowing chefs to cook anything in a small space.  Now, with the Convotherm Mini Mobile, they can cook anything...anywhere!

The Convotherm Mini Mobile includes two water drawers for steam supply and waste the permit chefs to bake, steam or roast with the same consistent quality they find in other Convotherm ovens, but to do this anywhere.  The new Mini Mobile does not need to be connected to the mains water.
