That’s why Convotherm has developed the Mini family of products that offer all the benefits of the larger units but with important added features such as a compact mobile unit with built in water supply and water drain drawers for total flexibility. There is even a unit that can operate from a standard 13 amp electrical outlet.
Garland induction is fast-acting and focuses heat only where it is needed: in the pan base. Unlike conventional, slower-acting cooking tops, an induction cooking top never requires pre-heating or keeping warm. Also energy savings of up to 80% can be realised.

Multi Line features touch pad controls that adjust power input on a 1 – 12 scale or programme upto three preset temperatures. These can also hold temperature at any desired setting at the touch of a button.
Uniquely available on Multi Line & Griddle Line is RTCS® (Real Time Temperature Control System) allowing the user to cook recurring food items the same way every time. Patented technology enables the pan base to work in conjunction with the electronics to control temperatures in 1° C increments.

Easy to use, the oven's small footprint is also ideal when space is a premium. Our latest innovation in ventless accelerated cooking technology®, the eikon™ series, combines three heat technologies in a compact unit to deliver quality hot food at speeds up to 15 times faster than a conventional oven. A unique combination of convection heat, impingement pressure and electromagnetic energy allows the eikon™ to exceed customer delivery expectations with typical cook times from 15 - 90 seconds. A built - in catalytic converter eliminates the need for ventilation hood so the oven can operate in virtually any environment.
