Debenhams faced the problem of food aromas from a lack of ventilation facilities at their busy Café Venue being located within the fashion concessions, at the heart of their stores. "It's now part of our blue print for Café Venue across the UK. A busy store sells more than 300 paninis each weekend so we need to operate a fast, efficient service.
